Educators Needed

The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and Evaluation Systems are seeking PK–12 educators and teacher preparation faculty who are:

• contributing to the quality of education in their subject area,
• representative of the regional, gender, and ethnic diversity of the state,
• Instructional Leaders,
• Research Leaders, and
• Exemplary Practitioners.

We are looking for PK–12 educators who are:

• certified in Michigan, and
• currently practicing (or have practiced within the past three years) in one or more of the fields under development.

We are looking for teacher preparation faculty who are:

• teacher preparation personnel (including education faculty and arts and sciences faculty),
• practicing (or have practiced within the past three years) in one or more of the fields under development, and
• preparing teacher candidates in an approved Michigan teacher preparation program.
